DHAKA: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) detained two members of banned militant outfit Ansarullah Bangla Team (ABT), from Gendaria Rail Station in Dhaka Monday (November 27).

The duo were identified as Razzaq alias Masum, 28, and Momin, 32.

Explosives and extremist books were recovered from their possession.

RAB Legal & Media Wing Senior Assistant Director ASP Mizanur Rahman told Banglanews that tipped-off they conducted drives in Kamalapur and Gendaria rail stations on information of arrival of the duo in Dhaka.

Later, the law enforcers nabbed the duo at around 11:00pm.
