Dhaka-based United Nations Resident Coordinator Gwyn Lewis held a meeting with BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on Sunday (October 5).

The meeting took place at 11:00 am at the BNP Chairperson’s office in Gulshan, Dhaka.

The UN delegation included Huma Khan, Senior Human Rights Advisor at the UN Resident Coordinator’s Office in Dhaka.

From the BNP side, attendees included Ameer Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury, member of the BNP Standing Committee and Chairperson of the Foreign Affairs Advisory Committee; Humayun Kabir, International Affairs Advisor to the Acting Chairman; and Shama Obaid, Organizational Secretary and Special Advisor on Foreign Policy to the Chairperson.
