DHAKA: Police detained three people with a foreign-made pistol and five rounds of bullets from city’s Motijheel area early Sunday.

The detainees have been identified as Rabiul Islam, 35, Amanur Rahman, 38 and Saidur Rahman,27.

Moreover, a private car (Dhaka Metro-Ga-8804) was seized in this connection.

Motijheel Thana sub-inspector (SI) Rafiqul Islam confirmed the matter to banglanews.
