Abdul Hannan Masud, Senior Joint Chief Coordinator and Political Council member of the National Citizens’ Party (NCP), has quietly entered a new chapter of his life by getting engaged.

He became engaged to Shyamoli Sultana Jadni, a former leader of the Bangladesh Democratic Students’ Union (Bagchas), the student wing of NCP.

The engagement ceremony was held on Thursday (September 18) at Jadni’s residence in Kamrangirchar, Dhaka, attended by both families and close friends.

On Friday night, Hannan Masud confirmed the engagement through his verified Facebook account.

Bride-to-be Shyamoli Sultana Jadni, who hails from Lakshmipur, resigned from Bagchas on February 28.
