Chief Adviser Professor Dr Muhammad Yunus will attend a meeting of the National Consensus Commission (NCC) at the Foreign Service Academy on Bailey Road today.
He is scheduled to arrive at 3 pm and remain present until 4 pm. After his departure, the Commission will continue discussions with political representatives.
Due to inclement weather, the Chief Adviser’s press wing has requested journalists to wait at the briefing shade in front of the Jamuna until his departure from the Academy.
The event, which will be broadcast live on Bangladesh Television (BTV), will remain restricted to CA media, the press wing said in a message.
According to an NCC press release, the discussions will focus on various aspects of implementing the July National Charter 2025. Following the session, NCC Vice-Chair Professor Ali Riaz will brief journalists, along with representatives from participating political parties.
