DHAKA: A daylong meeting of Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) on Sunday decided to give promotion to 47 of its officials.

According to the decision, five deputy directors will be promoted as directors and seven assistant directors as deputy directors.

A number of participants confirmed the matter to banglanews at 8:00pm.

The promoted directors from deputy directors, include Mohammad Akhtar Hossain, Mohammad Abu Sayeed, Mir Mohammad Zainul Abedin Shibli, Mohammad Syed Iqbal Hossain and Shirin Parvin.

Besides, Mohammad Samsul Alam, Sheikh Abdus Salam, Syed Ahmed, Abu Bakar Siddique, Rafiqul Islam (administration), Abdus Sabur and Rafiqul Islam (Patuakhali) are being promoted from assistant director to deputy director.

However, the final list is set to be sent to BG Press for publishing the gazette notification on Monday.
