DHAKA: Players and officials of Bangladesh national cricket team reached Lahore in Pakistan safely last night to play three-match T20 International series slated to begin on January 24.
A chartered flight carrying Bangladesh team along reached around at 11:30 pm (Bangladesh time).
The first Twenty20 internationals of the 3-match series will be held on Friday at Gaddafi Stadium. The second and third T20Is will also be held at the same venue on Saturday and Monday respectively.
Split into three parts, Bangladesh will first play the three T20Is before traveling back home.
The Tigers will return to Pakistan to play the first of two Test matches in Rawalpindi, starting on February 7, before the Pakistani players take part in the Pakistan Super League T20.
Bangladesh will come back home before returning to Pakistan to play the lone ODI on April and the second and final Test, starting on April 5 in Karachi.
Tigers will practice Thursday evening as preparation for tomorrow.
