DHAKA: Confirming BNP’s rally on September 30, BNP standing committee member Moudud Ahmed said people are prepared to respond to wrongdoings.

Moudud Ahmed made the remarks in a program marking the 2nd death anniversary of BNP standing committee member Brigadier General (retd) Hannan Shah.

Nagorik Odhikar Andolon, a pro-BNP platform, arranged the program at the National Press Club on Friday (Sept 28).

He said, “Digital Security Act is tricky. This voter less administration passed this act ahead of national election in order to control mass media. This act has made mass media voiceless.”

Speaking at a discussion, he further said, “One strategy is enough to defeat Awami League that is to present their misdeeds, mischief and corruption to the public. The young generation will never vote for Awami League, because they were deceived on the issues of quota movement, safe roads movement.”

Other BNP leaders were present at the function.
