SYLHET: Ananta Bijoy Das, a blogger and one of the organizers of Ganojagoron Mancho from Sylhet, was hacked dead by unidentified miscreants at Subidbazar area in the city on Tuesday morning.

Witnesses said that four masked miscreants chased Ananta when he was going to office. And later they chopped him to death in Bon Kolapara area.

His body has been kept at Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital.

Officer-in-Charge of Sylhet Airport Thana Gousul Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.
