DHAKA: A passenger bus was set afire by hartal and blockade supporters in city’s Gulshan area on Sunday afternoon.

None was reportedly injured in the incident.

Police sources said that the hartal and blockade supporters in guise of passengers got into the bus of Trust Paribahan and set fire to some seats of the vehicle around 2:30pm.

However, the seats were thrown out off the bus immediately after in the incident.
   
Gulshan Thana Inspector Firoz Kabir confirmed the matter to banglanews.
