The government has decided to remove the names of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, her family members, and Awami League leaders from the infrastructures and organisations.

There were 977 infrastructures and organisations which were named on Sheikh Hasina, her family members and the Awami League leaders during 16-year.

However, some of the names still visible which are on process of removing while rests are erased.  

The list include cantonments, air bases, naval ships, mega bridges, roads, installations, schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, research centers and various institutions.

Chief Adviser’s press wing confirmed the matter on Thursday (June 26).
