Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Farhan Akhtar will be seen together in the much-awaited The Sky Is Pink which is set to release on October 11, 2019, after premiering at the Toronto International Film Festival, 2019 on September 9 this year.

A film directed by Shonali Bose, the storyline of the film stretches over a span of 25 years, a love story of a couple, Aditi and Niren Chaudhary, narrated through the lens of their teenage daughter Aisha Chaudhary, who is diagnosed with a terminal illness.

Now because the film spans over 25 years, it is safely assumed the characters won't look the same in the entire period.

Niren Chaudhary played by Farhan Akhtar and Aditi played by Priyanka Chopra Jonas, going by the current timeline first met in the 90s when they started dating. This how they looked then. Priyanka has long flowy hair, while Farhan has defined curls defining his youth in the film.

Cut to when they get pregnant with Aisha and considering an abortion, this is when they're probably married already. Both of them look like adults with jobs. That's probably why you'll see them in formals from this stage.

In the trailer, when they find out about Aisha's illness, they've already switched bases to another country and clearly, they've changed as people that reflects in their clothes. This is also when (from the looks of the trailer) they're going to take a divorce. So we see dull shades in their costumes on-screen. They're not just dealing with the stress of their daughter's terminal disease and staying in hospital all the time but are also probably going through a brutal separation.

In the last stage of the film, this is probably in their forties, so you see Farhan with a moustache and Priyanka with super short hair.
