DHAKA: Detective Branch of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) detained 20 members of ogyan party from separate areas of the city on Thursday.

Additional Deputy Commissioner of DMP media centre SM Jahangir Alam confirmed the matter to banglanews.

He said they conducted the overnight drivers in the areas and detained them. The law enforcers also seized drugs which used to make the victims unconscious from their possession.

“The ogyan party members become active ahead of Ramadan”, Jahangir Alam added.
