DHAKA: Cabinet has approved the construction cost of a rail track from Kashiani to Tungipara of Gopalganj district.

Moreover, it has also approved the projects of constructing floor floors of a 6-storey building and 15 floors of a 20-storey building for people with physically challenged.

The cabinet meeting, chaired by finance minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhit, made the approval, said cabinet ministry additional secretary Maqsudur Rahman Patowari on Wednesday.

Earlier, a purchase committee meeting of the cabinet was held with the finance minister in the chair.

The additional secretary further said that the cabinet has approved the projects of repairing Kalukhali-Bhatiapara rail track and build track from Kasjiani to Gopalganj to Tungipara, spending Tk over 77-crore.
