DHAKA: Police recovered two bodies of a housewife and an unidentified man from different places in city on Monday.

Body of a housewife Shahana Akhtar Fatema (20), wife of Kamal Hossain, was recovered from city’s Mirpur area in the morning.

Citing the deceased’s family Mirpur thana sub-inspector (SI) Zahirul Islam said that they were told that Fatema committed suicide by wrapping herself from a ceiling fan.

The body has been sent to Dhaka medical College and Hospital (DMCH) morgue for autopsy, he added.

Moreover, body of an unidentified man from city’s Uttara (West) area in the day.

According to Uttara (West) officer-in-charge (OC), the man may die after falling from a building as he was trying to escape from the agitating mobs after stealing in a house.

The body has been sent to DMCH morgue for autopsy, he added.
