DHAKA: Cabinet Monday gave final nod to the draft of Nuclear Power Plant Act-2015 and approved a proposal for formation of Nuclear Power Company of Bangladesh for se up and monitoring operations of such plants in the country.
The approvals came from a meeting with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair.
Cabinet secretary M Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan briefed the reporters after the meeting.
