DHAKA: Police submitted final probe report to Dhaka CMM Court mentioning that they found no evidence against cricketer Rubel over rape allegation of actress Naznin Akter Happy.

Police Inspector Halima Khatun submitted the report on Monday.

On December 13 of last year, Happy filed a case with Mirpur Thana brining allegation of sexual harassment against Rubel.

Rubel spent four days in jail and later participated in World Cup cricket getting bail from High Court.
