3 Bangladeshis rescued from Yemen

DHAKA: State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam said three Bangladeshis were rescued from strife-torn Yemen.

The state minister in his Facebook status disclosed the matter on Sunday afternoon.

According to him, three Bangladesh nationals were rescued from Yemen’s capital Sana’a with the help of India.

However, identities of the rescued Bangladeshis could not be known immediately.

Shahriar, in his FB status, further wrote that the three Bangladeshis are now staying safely in African country Djibouti.

They will return home soon, it added.
