2 siblings die in city accident

DHAKA: Two siblings were killed in a road accident while working at Maghbazar Flyover construction site in the capital on Saturday morning.

The deceased were identified as Asadul, 18 and Sajedul, 16.

Witness Salam said, a Gazipur-bound bus of Probhati-Banasree Paribahan rammed into the workers at Maghbazar intersection when its driver lost control over the steering, leaving three injured.

The duo brothers died on the way to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) while another injured worker undergoing treatment at the hospital.

DMCH Police outpost ASI Sentu Chandra Das confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Ramna Thana Officer-in-Charge Moshiur Rahman seized the bus along with its driver after the accident.
