BANDARBAN: At least 13 students of Jahangirnagar University (JU) were injured as two vehicles, locally known as Chander Gari, plunged into a roadside ditch near Nilgiri on Tuesday.

The students of Chemistry Department of the university went there to visit Nilgiri as a part of excursion.

The injured were taken to Bandarban Sadar Hospital immediately after the accident.

Bandarban Sadar Thana Officer-in-Charge Imtiaz Ahmed confirmed the matter to banglanews.
