SYLHET: Miscreants abducted a college girl from the district town on Monday.

The victim is identified as Nasrin Akhtar, a student of third year of Accounting department of Modon Mohan College.

Witnesses said that Nasrin with her classmates were waiting for rickshaw in front of the college. Then some 4-5 miscreants picked her up forcibly in a CNG auto rickshaw first. Later a white colour microbus took her from the CNG rickshaw. 

Kotwali Thana Office-in-Charge Ataur Rahman told banglanews, “Following the matter a General Diary (GD) was filed and primary investigation says that it was not abduction.”
