The buildings in several areas of the country including Petronius Twin Towers have grown up following the IBS system. So its impact is that there is no dust or sound pollution or any other harmful impact.
The concerned authorities said that the new system marks positive impact including in tourism. In this new system a building of 100 floors takes only two years to construct.
It was seen rounding up several areas of the busy country that Malaysia is being built through IBS. In this system, a township is built in a short time and gradually it is becoming lie a developed world.
It is learnt that this IBS is going to be introduced soon. The Jhilmil project would be built through this new technique.
In this project, 85 high rise buildings would be built. Of these, 60 buildings would be of 20 floors while the rest 25 will be of 25 floors. There will be 13 thousand 920 apartments. The construction work will start on 160 acres of land in 2018 and will be completed by 2022.
It is dream of Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to give shelters to all of its citizens. The officials concerned said that if this project is implemented Bangladesh would march forward another gallop. An agreement has been inked with a Malaysian company, with the object.
However it is learnt that IBS is practiced not only in Malaysia but also in Singapore. And it is also in vogue in other Asian countries.
The advantage of this system is that the environment is not affected or polluted during implementation because the construction materials are not kept in non-disciplined manner.
In such situation, it takes less time to build. In this system, the building is built in type of dice that check dust or other polluted materials. In this way the construction becomes hard with having nice outward show. So its popularity is increasing day by day.
