DHAKA: US-Bangla Airlines is all set to commence service on Dhaka-Chattogram-Chennai route, making it first ever local air service on the route.

The first flight on the route is scheduled to take off on Mar 31.

Initially, three flights will be operated on the route on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday each week.

US-Bangla Airlines Managing Director (Public Relations and Marketing) Kamrul Islam confirmed the matter to Banglanews.

The fare stands at Tk 15,000 for a one-way journey and Tk 24,000 for the return journey for a passenger from Dhaka; whereas the cost will stand at Tk 16,000 and Tk 26,000 respectively per person from Chattogram.
