DHAKA: A Dhaka court on Tuesday (March 7) set April 6 as the date for submission of the report of a case filed by Nasrin Sultana, who claimed to be wife of cricketer Arafat Sunny.

Metropolitan magistrate Lasker Sohel Rana fixed the new date as Mohammadpur police force was unable to submit any report which was due on Tuesday.

Earlier on February 1, the case was filed by Nasrin Sultana under Women and Children Repression Prevention Act, accusing Sunny and his mother Nargis Akhter.

Later on January 5, Nasrin Sultana filed another case under Information and Communication Technology Act.

Sunny was arrested on January 22 and sent to jail.
