DHAKA: Canada Under-19s scored a meager 147-run losing all wickets from their 50-over quota against the bowlers of Afghanistan Under-19s in the 18th Match of the ICC Under-19 World Cup at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on Monday (February 1).

Earlier, winning the toss, Canada Under-19s captain Abraash Khan elected to bat first in the Group B match that kicked off at 9:00 in the morning.

His batsmen, however, failed to confirm the decision right. Captain Abraash Khan and Arslan Khan scored 33 and 38 runs respectively.

Of the Afghan U-19 bowlers, Shamsurrahman and Muslim Musa picked up three wickets each while Rashid Khan took two.
