Nepal facing tigers’ bowling

DHAKA: Nepal batsmen are facing tigers bowling in the Quarterfinal of ICC Under-19 World Cup at Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur on Friday.

Bangladesh bowlers took three early wickets of Nepal Under-19s.

Nepal have scored 63 runs for three wickets in 18.3 overs. R Rijal and Aarif Sheikh are at the crease 25 and one runs respectively.

Visitors won the toss and elected to bat in the match that began at 9:00am (Bangladesh Time).

This is the first Quarterfinal match for the ninth place of the tournament.

The top eight teams have directly qualified for the Super-League quarter final.

The match will affect in Under-19 rankings as well.
