The Dhaka City South unit of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) today announced 12-member convening committees for its 20 Thana units across the city.

According to a press release, the committees were approved by Dhaka City South unit convener Rafiqul Alam Majnu and member secretary Tanveer Ahmed Robin.

The newly approved committees cover the following police station areas: Motijheel, Paltan, Shahjahanpur, Khilgaon, Sabujbagh, Mugda, Shahbagh, Ramna, Sutrapur, Gendaria, Wari, Kotwali, Bangshal, Hazaribagh, New Market, Dhanmondi, Kalabagan, Kamrangirchar, Kadamtali and Shyampur.
