DHAKA: The Dhaka metropolitan session judge court on Monday shifted the murder case of blogger Ahmed Rajib Haider to the speedy trial tribunal.

Magistrate Ruhul Amin shifted the case. Henceforth, the hearing of the case will be held at the court of Sayeed Ahmed, judge of speedy trial tribunal-3.

The court, on March 18, framed charges against eight including Ansarullah Bangla Team chief Mufti Mohammad Jasimuddin Rahmani and seven students of North South University (NSU).
