DHAKA: BNP-led 20-party relaxed the hartal for 12 hours from 6am Tuesday for celebrating the victory of Bangladesh in the ICC World Cup.

BNP’s standing committee member Nazrul Islam Khan disclosed the matter issuing a press release.

They will bring out countrywide joyous processions Tuesday as Bangladesh Cricket Team ensured their place in the quarter finals of ICC World Cup 2015 beating England by 15 runs in the Monday’s crucial match.

The release said: “The hartal will be relaxed from 6:00am to 6:00pm Tuesday, but the blockade will continue.”
