China envoy meets Ershad

DHAKA: China ambassador to Bangladesh Ma Mingqiang made a courtesy call on Jatiya Party chairman (JP HM Ershad), also special envoy to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

The ambassador met the JP chief and also former president at his Baridhara residence in the city on Thursday noon.

JP sources said that the visiting envoy discussed with Ershad about the bilateral issues and their mutual interests in national and international spheres.
