DHAKA: The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) on Tuesday approved seven projects, including four new projects involving Tk 2,170 crore.

The approval came from a meeting of the ECNEC at NEC conference room at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in the city.

Sources said among the total projects expenditure the government would finance Tk 664.73 crore, Tk 191.11 crore will come from project aid and Tk 314.91 crore from donor agency.
