DHAKA: Finance Minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith said that the bilateral relations between the United States of America and Bangladesh are not comfortable nowadays as it was earlier.

The minister came up with the disclosure in a press briefing at the secretariat in city on Saturday.

Muhith also said that the affinity of the two countries has got pale centering Grameen Bank and national polls issues.

He further commented, “The way US approached is beyond the diplomatic manners”.

However, the financial relations were not degraded between the two countries, he added.

On the other hand, Muhith said that the United States has moved from their stand on the polls issue.
