DHAKA: A cricket fan of Bangladesh Cricket team, Subrata raised a couple of questions to Aghar Mandal, one of cricket experts of the country, in a public opinion on Bangladesh Cricket arranged by banglanews24.com on Friday morning.

The questions are---
(i) How will the failure in series with Sri Lanka and Asia Cup affect Bangladeshi Cricket in T-20 world cup?

(ii) How much prepare the team in batting and bowling for T-20 world cup?

Answering his first question, Aghore Mondal said that though Bangladesh Cricket team could not succeed in recent Sri Lanka series and Asia Cup but they played good cricket in several matches.

However, cricket lovers remind the outcome of the match at the end of the day, he added.

He also said that T-20 is a different format than One Day Internationals. So, definitely Bangladesh team has a very good opportunity to fight back.

He further said that there is no doubt that Bangladesh team has more experience and capability than Afghanistan Cricket Team. Bangladesh team’s defeat by Afghanistan is a cricket disaster, he added.

Answering the second query, Aghore Mondal said that Bangladesh team has a compact batting line up especially Tamim, Sakib and Mushfiq. T-20 is a game of just 120 balls where the team’s batting side is surely stronger than bowling side. Anyways if we get hundred percent fit Mashrafe than the bowling side can be up to the satisfactory, he added.
