Independent mayoral candidate Zaida Khatun, is ahead as per the unofficial result School in Gazipur City Corporation elections. 

She is ahead in Rani Bilashmoni Government Boys High.

According to information, voting started at 8 am using Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) on Thursday (May 25) and ended at 4 pm.

According to media report, out of 1808 votes, Awami League candidate Azmat Ullah Khan got 293 votes, Zahida Khatun with symbol of ‘Table Clock’ bagged 532 votes.
