Dhaka Education Board gets new chairman

DHAKA: Principal M Abu Bakkar Siddique of Narsingdi Government College has been appointed as Dhaka Education Board chairman on deputation.

Education ministry issued an order in this regard on Thursday.

However, the previous chairman Dilara Hafiz went to a post-retirement vacation on January 8.

Abu Bakkar is a professor of psychology.
