DHAKA: Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud said those who set up misconduct and market of buying and selling can take lessons from the national council of Awami League. 

Dr Hasan said national council of AL is not only a milestone in politics but also in national life.

Dr Hasan Mahmud, newly elected Joint General Secretary of Awami League, said this while responding to reporters on contemporary issues at his ministry on Monday (December 23).

Dr Hasan said BNP has many things to learn from the AL council. AL holds its councils regularly but does BNP hold council? he posed this question.

“Our every council has a declaration and this council has too. There are future directives in the declaration about our targets where we want to reach the nation. But there is no such practice in BNP. So they do not know. If Mr Fakhrul wants I can send him a copy of our declaration” he said.
