DHAKA: Jatiya Party Chairman GM Quader announced that national council of the party will be held on November 30.

The date has been fixed upon consent at a joint meeting of Jatiya Party Presidium members and MPs, he said.

"Leaders and activists of the party will elect future leadership. I will accept their decision," GM Quader told a meeting at his Banani party office Saturday (September 7).

The meeting was chaired by JP Presidium member Kazi Firoz Rashid.
