DHAKA: BNP standing committee member Goyeshwar Chandra Roy has bought nomination form from his party, to contest the 11th national polls from Dhaka-3 constituency.

The constituency consists of Jinjira, Aganagar, Tegharia, Konda and Shuvadda areas of Keraniganj upazila. 

Goyeshwar’s daughter-in-law Nipun Chandra Roy collected the form from BNP central party office in Nayapaltan, around 12pm Tuesday (Nov 13).

While talking to the reporters, she urged the government to create “level playing field” and accept the seven-point demand of Oikyafront.

However, BNP sold 1,326 nomination forms till filing this report, on its first day of form sale.
