KERANIGANJ (DHAKA): Two persons including a child have been killed and two masons injured following a wall collapse at Goppar area under Keraniganj Model Police Station on Sunday (January 26).
The victims were identified as mason Babu, 23 and Md. Rahim, 7.
Masons were working on a wall at Goppar area since morning. All of a sudden, the wall collapsed over masons and a child. Locals rescued two of them dead and others were taken to a local clinic.
Dead bodies were sent to Sir Salimullah Medical College Hospital, said KM Saiduzzaman, sub inspector of Keraniganj Model Police Station.
