DHAKA:  Police started investigation into all the incidents of recent mob lynching incited by 'children grabbing' suspicion. 

Police Headquarters Assistant Inspector General (AIG) Sohel Rana confirmed the matter Saturday (July 20).

Those involved in the incidents will be brought to book, he said.

In last several days, a few persons were killed in mob attacks in some parts of the country, carried out being influenced by the hearsay that decapitated human heads are being collected to gift for under-construction Padma Bridge.     

The AIG urged everyone not to believe the rumors and hand over the suspected if found anywhere.
