Law enforcers hurled tear gas to disperse the agitating workers who earlier set a covered van on fire apart from vandalizing other vehicles, Banglanews correspondent reports.

The workers started agitation at 8am for due arrears and salary, Zahidur Rahman, superintendent of police of the Narayanganj Industrial Police said.
No workers have been detained in this connection and cops are trying to main law and order situation under control, he added.
