DHAKA: Awami League General Secretary and also Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader reiterated that the schedule of 11th parliamentary elections will be announced within the next 15-20 days.

“So, the cabinet size will also be reduced within a few days,” he added.

Obaidul Quader was addressing a roundtable on traffic management and overall development at Daffodil International University at Kalabagan in the capital on Sunday (October 21).

Quader said, “I’m not sure whether I’ll be there, when cabinet gets smaller in size. No one knows who will be in that cabinet, except for Prime Minister. But this government will be the government. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will make decision about who stay in the cabinet.”
