DHAKA: Gano Forum president and Jatiya Oikya Prokriya Convener Dr Kamal Hossain urged the greater national unity to establish voting, constitutional and human rights of the people.

He was delivering opening remarks at a civil society gatherings organized by Jatiya Oikya Prokriya in city’s Mahanagar Natya Mancha on Saturday afternoon (Sept 22).

Dr Kamal said people are experiencing concerns and anxiety as they have no security of life. People want good governance and rule of law. We are calling for greater national unity as it is needed to establish those demands.

Bikalpa Dhara Bangladesh president and Jukto Front chairman Dr. AQM Badruddoza Chowdhury also attended the program as chief guest while BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir among other BNP leaders delivered speech.
