DHAKA:  Two workers died as goods fell over their heads while working in a factory at Shaympur area of the capital on Friday (September 21).

The deceased were identified as Nazrul Hawlader, 38, son of Latif Hawlader, hailed from Amtali upazila of Barguna district, and Abul Bashar, 45.

“Police were dispatched to the spot. Details will be given later,” said Saju Miah, Officer-in-Charge (OC) Kadamtali Police Station.

Confirming the matter to Banglanews, Bacchu Miah, police outpost in-charge of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) said, “Bodies were kept in the morgue.”
