DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina underwent a post-operation eye test at city’s Deen Mohd. Eye Hospital & Research Centre.

PM's Deputy Press Secretary Ashraful Alam Khokan said the premier took the test at 9:30 on Monday (May 27).

A 4-mmember medical team, led by Dr. Deen Mohammad, examined prime minister’s eyes’ glaucoma and gave prescription, Khokan said.

Dr. Deen Mohammad said prime minister’s eyes are fine after the operation.

The premier, after commending the hospital, said: “Such hospitals should be built up more by private investors.”

Additional Director General of the Health Ministry Enayet Hossain, Associate Professor of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Nuzhat Chowdhury and Dr. Sheikh Mohammad Hossain were present among others at the hospital.
