England set 310-run target for Tigers

DHAKA: Visiting England batsmen set a target of 310 runs for Bangladesh as Ben Stokes produced his maiden ODI century and JC Buttler scored 50 runs.

The Bangladesh players are now batting to make the record of wining three consecutive One-day matches against England.

The England player faced the Tiger bowlers in the first match of three-match Rocket Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking ODI Series at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur of Dhaka on Friday (October 7).

England captain Jos Buttler won the toss and decided to bat first in the match that began at 2:30 pm local time.

There is much relief that this tour is going ahead after the security concerns.
