DHAKA: Rangpur Riders batsmen are facing bowlers of Dhaka Dynamites (DD) at the seventh match in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) at Shere Bangla National Cricaket Stadium in Mirpur on Wednesday.

Rangpur have scored 139 for three at the end of 15 overs of the 20-over match.

Lendl Simmons completed fifty 51(39) before dismissed by Mosharraf Hossain.

Abul Hasan and Mustafizur Rahman also took one wicket each.  

Darren Sammy and Thisara Perera are at the crease with 2 and 14 runs respectively.

Rangpur Riders won the toss and elected to bat.

Earlier, Rangpur Riders have played two games and won the first against Chittagong Vikings but lost the second game against the Barisal Bulls by 13 runs.

Meanwhile the Dhaka Dynamites have only played one game so far and gained success in that match against the Comilla Victorians.
