Rains halt SL-BAN semi-final

DHAKA:  Heavy downpour halted ongoing semi final between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka after 11-over batting of tigers at Incheon on Thursday.

According to cricinfo.com match update, the rain has stopped at 4.30pm. Just one swatch of dark cloud coming with the breeze above the ground, the ground staff are on. 

Before rains started, tigers scored 59 runs for three of 11- over. 

Sabbir Rahman and Tamim Iqbal (lhb) were at crease with 27 and 24 runs respectively.

Lankan bowler LHD Dilhara bagged two wickets while Isuru Udana took another.

Earlier in the day, Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to field.
