Comilla Victorians captain Liton Das was fined 15% of his match fees for a Level 1 breach of the BCB Code of Conduct on Wednesday.

 The player was penalised for CoC violation during his team’s Bangladesh Premier League qualifier one match against Rangpur Riders in Mirpur on Monday.

Liton had an altercation with on-field umpire Sharfuddoula Ibne Shahid Saikat after being denied an appeal for a stumping during the Rangpur innings.

In addition to the fine, one demerit point has been added to the disciplinary record of the player.
