Inu against BNP-Jamaat-Hifajat tie

KUSHTIA: Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu on Saturday alleged that the tie of opposition BNP with ‘Jamaat-Hifajat’ is a campground for militants, falsifications, and anti-democratic propaganda.

The information minister also urged civil society people and foreign friends to pressure BNP to cut up relations with Jamaat and Hifajat as he spotted the tie as ‘ominous ally’ to destroy progressive journey of democracy.

The lawmaker came up with the allegation while talking to reporters after an ambulance hand over progrmme to Kushtia General Hospital in the district.

While talking on much-talked-about ‘dialogue’ between ruling and opposition, he said, “We have no clash with issue of interim government but the BNP with its allies always opposed to talk as they are trying to save war criminals.”
